High pyramidical peak dominating the eastern Ruahines above Sunrise Hut. A popular return walk from Sunrise, or a highpoint on the through route along the main range. The northern side is a good tramp on an unmaintained track, and suitable for most trampers. South is another matter - a steep ascent / descent on a scree knifedge, suitable only for experienced trampers in good conditions.
