Fro the signposted track junction at pt661 a good cut marked track rinas south along the ridgeline. Mangaone (Mangame) Hut is at the southern end of the next highpoint, 20m west of the track. This turnoff is not signposted or marked, but the ground trail to the hut is obvious.,
