From Woolshed Creek, follow the 4WD track south up the hill behind the hut to the gate at the first fenceline. Leave the track and follow the fenceline west as it crosses a saddle and drops down a spur. Where the fence leaves the spur, continue down the spur to broad flats at its base. Cross an initial boggy section to reach open dry flats leading west to the Stour River. The Stour Track runs up the river bank and can be seen and intersected easily.
