From the middle of the pass, climb a little to the left before descending, very steeply at first, towards the obvious tarn. Skirt the water (on either side, but the right is marginally shorter) and descend to Travers Pass.

Climb to the south into the shallow saddle then skirt the edge of the tarn and begin to climb the boulders.

Pick a convenient route and aim to the right of the pass. The route becomes very steep below the pass.
