From the tarn, traverse to the obvious saddle (Zampa saddle?) and continue to climb to the obvious knoll (SE 1580m). Follow the ridge, and a footpad, down into Henry Saddle (1280m). There is a tarn at about 1500m that can supply water if needed.

From the saddle, climb steeply to gain the ridge and then continue climbing to the knoll at 1580m. Drop down to the obvious saddle (Zampa Saddle?) and pick up the foodpad (N) that leads to Zampa Tarn.
