From the Toko High point follow the obvious ridge line north. Climb to about the 1500m contour and then contour North West on to the Spur. There is a bit of a track down to approximately the 1400m mark. At this point there is a tiny tent site next to a Tarn... which looks more like a puddle and seems to be man made!
Continuing down the spur is complete and utter hell! and 2km took 4 hours of bush bashing. Don't go this way unless you have masochistic tendencies ... and of course have permission to cross the private land once you get to the Cone.

The going does gets slightly easier as you get closer to the Cone.
