Follow the track markers northwards along a good quality track and cross the large tussocky flats at Point 733. A short steep climb up through bush leads to the next large tussock flats. Follow a trail through the tussock and climb up through bush again past Point 785 to reach the Borland Road. The Borland Bivvy is located at the road edge, not in the bush as the map indicates. The nearest water here is down the road at the bridge.
