The unmarked route continues SW from the Toka Biv turnoff for a further 1km to Toka highpoint where it meets the marked Knights Track. A marked track drops east to Leon Kinvig Hut and, 100m beyond, a 2nd track junction has the Knights Track dropping west to Limestone Road.

Following the Ngamoko Range north from Toka highpoint, the route is no longer cut or marked, but is well trodden and simple to follow. It drops 60m to cross a saddle before climbing steadily to the next summit where a signpost marks the junction with a route dropping east to Toka Biv.
