Taken from Peak 1690 of the Countess Range looking across the Upukerora at the Livingstone Mountains. The camp site is in the trees on the right of frame. The route to Forks Hut is the route described here as taken by me, hopefully the photo shows that any spur line taken by you will easily gain the Livingstone Mountains.
