      A (navigationally) straight forward ascent to Tom Thumb Saddle, though far-far steeper than it looks. Only tricks (early summer) were: keeping away from the faces which were shedding rocks / boulders frequently, and avoiding the snow / debris chute for the final climb to the pass by sticking on the vague spur just right of the chute.
