2 swing bridges in close proximity of each other. The 1st bridge is the only dry boot option across the Makarora that doesn't involve a boat or road bridge. It gives access to the Blue River Track. The 2nd crosses the Blue Pools and can be the thronged with tourists gazing down at the water below. It gives access to the Blue-Young link track, not shown on the map here. This link provides a way to get to the Young and the Gillespie Pass Circuit when the Makarora is uncrossable.
