From pt1415, the main range continues NNE over a series of peaks (pt 1437 being the only one marked on the map) . A steep climb follows to Mt Dundas. The summit is surprisingly featureless, and a compass is required to locate the descent route in poor visibility. Another saddle and climb take you to Logan, from where an easy descent drops to pt1415 and the signposted turnoff for Dundas Hut.
There is no obvious ground trail along this section and it is not marked / poled.
