Penn Creek Hut is a standard 6-bunk forestry hut. On flat land 20m from Penn Creek - it sits 700m below the popular Southern Crossing The descent is steep and means the hut is generally quiet. A woodburner is the one main modification - beds are still spring-mesh, and water is from the river.
